There a lack information concerning PGB its association GBC, aim this study to better define relationship. Methods A total 10 patients were 1050 consecutive surgical cholecystectomies. Clinical laboratory findings, histologic examination, bile culture, pH related stone composition analysis performed by X‑ray diffraction using Perkin–Elmer (Perkin Elmer Corp. Norwalk, CT, US) 1625 FTIR. Results Among PGB, complete entire wall was present six cases, while four had partial calcification. Gallstones all cases multiple stones nine single one case. Bile culture series. positive two cases. Conclusion disease it subtle. Moreover, chronic stimulation can generate initial dysplasia that will subsequently turn into neoplasm: cancerization risk probably no different from long-standing cholesterol or combined stones, but factor cancer requires early cholecystectomy.
